The first challenge for #Bamberg and the surrounding area, which gave children and young people the opportunity to gain an insight into #AI.
Nine teams presented their projects at the awards ceremony, from the submission of their idea to the technical implementation by IDA.
With 12.000€ in sponsorship, we initiated and supported this challenge to bring AI closer to young people.
A very big thank you goes to Dr. Daniel Alt, who is responsible for the campaign with our partner Ruth Pflaum founded the project and taught the young people the technical tricks of the trade.
The enormous importance of AI and such a challenge was highlighted by the guests of honour Holger Dremel MdL, Deputy District Administrator Bruno Kellner, City Councillor Norbert Tscherner, #IHK Vice President Herbert Grimmer and the expert jury Ute Schmid, Luisa Katzenberger, Tobias Leisgang and the numerous guests confirmed this.
We would like to thank all those involved in making this award ceremony a turning point for Bamberg's youth and AI, as well as the organizer Renee Pflaum and the LAGARDE1 team for providing the space.
Once again, our warmest congratulations to all teams.
